Onstage at Fanatics Fest in New York City, Tom Brady lunged at Logan Paul and appeared to try to slap him before others, including Karl-Anthony Towns, separated them.
Paul said on X that Brady snapped after being roasted for losing to him in flag football, while Brady fired back online by calling Paul a "dork" and "nerd."
The clash grew out of a months-long feud after Brady said during Super Bowl week that Paul was not a real athlete because he performs in WWE rather than the NFL.
Brady had also signaled interest in WWE this week on Cody Rhodes' podcast, saying he wanted a storyline after retirement and had previously floated appearing at WrestleMania 41.
