Summary
More than 5,000 Ko-Fi donations have raised over £15,000 for Count Binface since Tuesday, giving the parody candidate fresh momentum for a likely Clacton by-election campaign.
Nigel Farage's resignation as Clacton MP triggered the contest, and rival parties' decision to boycott it has left the Reform UK leader facing what is now likely to be a two-man race.
Oddschecker said Binface's odds have shortened to 7/2 from 5/1 as messages from volunteers and public interest surged, even though Farage remains the favourite.
Clacton, in Essex, was one of the strongest Leave-voting areas in 2016, but Binface says he will target disillusioned Reform supporters and voters denied a mainstream alternative.
