Four Pixel Watch 5 models—G25QD, G1XJ6, G0F3Y and GFW3R—appeared in FCC filings, reinforcing expectations of two case sizes and multiple connectivity trims ahead of launch.
FCC documents list LTE modems, Wi-Fi 6 on 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Bluetooth, NFC and UWB, while NTN bands 23 and 255 indicate support for satellite emergency calling.
All four filings showing LTE is unusual for a lineup expected to include cheaper non-LTE versions, suggesting Google could disable cellular access by software on some models.
The certification points to little wireless change from Pixel Watch 4, and a recent leaked image also suggested only minor design updates.
August is the expected unveiling window, likely alongside the Pixel 11 series, with any major upgrade more likely to come from a new Snapdragon Wear Elite chip.
