Mario Andre Barber, 46, and Brittany Amber Baker, 42, were charged with murdering Jamal Rashad Parker, 37, after investigators found his dismembered remains in May in the Dog River Reservoir.
Douglas County investigators believe Parker was killed inside a Douglasville home where Baker lived, and officers later removed a reciprocating saw and cleaning supplies from the property.
