Summary
€10 million in seed funding will help Ghent-based Warren expand further in Belgium, enter additional European markets and add staff around its workplace pension and financial-coaching platform.
Motive Ventures led the round, joined by F Capital and existing backers Entourage, Syndicate One and 100IN, giving the startup fresh capital to scale both products and distribution.
Warren already runs its own pension fund after securing an IBP licence in 2025, investing through diversified equity and bond ETFs while marketing a fee-light model that lets employees keep full investment returns.
About 100 Belgian businesses, including Lighthouse, Yuki, Wintercircus and Poppy Mobility, use the platform, which combines AI guidance with human advisers and aggregates pension, benefits and banking data.
The pitch targets Belgium's supplementary pension market, where Warren argues low yields, inflation, fees and weak transparency are eroding workers' long-term purchasing power.
