$650 million in advised assets and $350 million in strategy assets will seed N10 Holdings, a new Greenwich-based RIA and asset manager launched by Andrew Urbanski and two other former Wells Fargo advisors.
The firm pairs N10° Wealth for high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients with N10° Assets, which plans to list a 351 exchange ETF on the NYSE in late 2026.
Dynasty Financial Partners is supplying wealth technology, investment management, capital-markets support and business services, while SS&C Technologies will handle trade execution and portfolio-management operations.
The launch extends Dynasty's push to attract breakaway advisor teams after it said Monday that partner RIA DayMark added four former Morgan Stanley advisors who previously managed $820 million.
