Pennsylvania State Police took 25-year-old Philadelphia officer Kenroy Cummings into custody after a Friday shooting in Allen Township left a 27-year-old man dead.
Troopers were sent to Old Gate Road around 1:45 p.m. for a reported domestic incident, found the victim shot, and the man was pronounced dead at a hospital at 2:45 p.m.
Police said the shooter fled in a 2023 orange Kia Forte, ignored an attempted traffic stop near Race Street and Airport Road in Hanover Township, then returned to the scene and was arrested without incident.
