Summary
Sacramento County deputies say 19-year-old Andre Wiley was jailed again after allegedly stealing two pieces of jewelry with two other men just hours after his release from Placer County Jail.
Surveillance video allegedly shows 18-year-olds Andrew Ivy and Kameryus Mayhand distracting store employees while Wiley sat at a consultation desk, took the jewelry and fled with them.
Rancho Cordova police quickly found the suspects' vehicle, arrested all three men and recovered the stolen items; they were booked on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy and grand theft.
Authorities said Wiley had been released on his own recognizance less than 24 hours earlier and was already on pretrial probation for burglary, conspiracy and grand theft charges.
The sheriff's office released the trio's booking photos because detectives believe they may be tied to additional thefts and asked anyone with information to call 916-874-5115.
