AYN Opens $349 Odin 3 Batch 8 Preorders, Shipping Starts in August

$349 Batch 8 preorders for AYN’s Odin 3 are now live on the company’s site, with shipments scheduled to begin in August.
The handheld still stands out on value: it pairs a Qualcomm Dragonwing Q8 chip with a 6-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and an 8,000mAh battery at a price below many newer high-end rivals.
AYN says the chip upgrade from the Odin 2 delivers roughly 60% higher single-core performance, more than 80% multi-core gains and a claimed 166% graphics boost, helping the device handle PS2, many Switch titles and some PS3 games.
The lineup starts at 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, scales up to a 24GB/1TB Ultra model, and current preorders include a free TPU case plus a one-year warranty.
AYN has hinted the current price may rise after this stock sells out, making Batch 8 a key restock window for buyers who have been waiting.
