Four new industrial units totaling about 272,000 sq ft won Doncaster Council approval for Total Park in South Yorkshire, with the second phase expected to support at least 300 jobs.
The scheme, submitted by Total Developments UK with ID Planning after consultation, covers land off Balby Carr Bank and includes units ranging from roughly 34,000 sq ft to 137,000 sq ft with office space.
Approval was granted under delegated powers, subject to conditions and the signing of a legal agreement.
Total Developments is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating and plans sustainability measures including electric-vehicle charging points.
The expansion builds on Phase 1's five units, which already carry potential for 450 jobs, while also adding construction-phase employment.
