Apple Ships watchOS 27 Beta 3 With Smarter Siri and Dynamic Grid for 6 Watch Models

watchOS 27 beta 3 is now available to developers, adding a redesigned Siri app, a new dynamic app grid and more precise pinch gestures ahead of a planned September 2026 release.
Siri now uses a list-style conversation view with options to revisit, pin or delete chats, plus a new button to start fresh requests directly from the watch.
The digital crown now opens a grid of recently used apps and scrolls through it, while double pinch launches Smart Stack and single pinch selects individual widgets.
Apple also refined the Liquid Glass interface with stronger Control Center icon contrast and updated Find My layouts to surface device, item and location details more clearly.
The beta supports Apple Watch SE 3, Series 9 through 11, and Ultra 2 and 3, signaling Apple’s latest push to improve navigation, accessibility and wrist-based task management.
