US Air Force Plans KC-135 Flyover for 49th Boilermaker Race Party

A KC-135 refueling tanker from the 914th Air Refueling Wing is scheduled to fly over the Boilermaker Road Race post-race party in Utica on July 12, weather permitting.
Boilermaker officials said the flyover is meant to celebrate the achievements of more than 15,500 participants and add to festivities outside F.X. Matt Brewery.
The 49th running of the race is drawing thousands to Utica, making the days before Sunday's event one of the city's busiest preparation periods.
