$1 billion in True Corp share acquisitions is among seven disclosure reports the Thai SEC says may contain false information, prompting it to consider legal action.
Supaporn Pimphong filed the reports, which the regulator said were linked to six listed companies and contained inconsistencies disclosed in a late-Tuesday statement.
The SEC did not identify the other companies involved, leaving the potential scope of any enforcement case broader than the telecom deal alone.
