Two weeks before release, The Odyssey dropped a new trailer centered on Zendaya's Athena, giving the clearest look yet at her role guiding Matt Damon's shipwrecked Odysseus.
Athena questions Odysseus on a rocky shore, triggering flashes of Troy's destruction and the storms, monsters and hostile gods that block his return to Ithaca.
Ithaca's crisis also sharpens in the footage: Anne Hathaway's Penelope faces aggressive suitors, while Tom Holland's Telemachus clashes with Robert Pattinson's Antinous after more than a decade of Odysseus's absence.
