Samsung has started rolling out a 459.44MB June 2026 security update for the Galaxy S21 FE, one of the handset’s last scheduled software releases.
The patch fixes 45 security issues in the previous OS build, improving protection as the device nears the end of Samsung’s support window.
India is getting the update first for the Snapdragon variant, carrying firmware version G990B2ODMJIZF1, with wider availability to other models and markets expected soon.
The S21 FE launched in January 2022 with a promise of four major OS upgrades and five years of security support, and Samsung had already shifted it to quarterly updates by late 2025.
