Summary
Games Workshop said Orks will get the first codex of Warhammer 40,000’s new edition, alongside a new Trukk kit, a Mek miniature, faction dice and a Command Pack.
15 detachments headline Codex: Orks, which also reworks the Waaagh! army rule and includes an app code for quarterly rules and lore updates throughout 11th edition.
94 reference cards and double-sided tokens in the Command Pack are meant to help players track detachments, stratagems, enhancements and unit statuses during games.
Standalone releases are also coming for Armageddon units, including Weirdboyz, Dakkarigs and Wartrakks, while the Bigboss, Bannernob and Painboy with Grot Orderly will be bundled as the Armageddon Kommand Krew.
13 July is the deadline for the global Siege of Death Mire campaign, whose weekly winners unlock model reveals and whose overall victor earns a new detachment that becomes part of 40K canon.
