Google Photos 7.81 Hides 8 AI Moods Presets for Cloud-Based Photo Edits

Google Photos version 7.81 contains references to an unreleased AI feature called Moods, with eight style presets surfaced in the app’s Create tab but not yet functional.
Cloud-based processing appears to set Moods apart from standard filters: the tool would analyze each photo and tailor edits to a selected style instead of applying the same adjustments uniformly.
Eight templates are listed, including Airy Minimalist, Crisp 35mm, 2000’s Cinema, Pink Digicam and Night Lights, pointing to film, early-2000s and social-media-inspired looks.
Google is positioning Photos deeper into one-tap AI creativity, extending tools such as Remix, Highlight Video, Collage, Cinematic Photo and Magic Editor.
An APK teardown only shows work-in-progress code, but the feature’s presence suggests Google could announce Moods soon if it reaches public release.
