Bixby — or another default assistant such as Google Assistant or Alexa — can still take voice commands from the phone while content is mirrored to a TV, letting users control playback without a TV-integrated assistant.
“Cast app only” limits the TV display to the active app, keeping messages, notifications and other apps off-screen while the phone is used for separate tasks.
