Motorbike Suspects Shoot 17-Year-Old in Chicago, Leaving Him in Critical Condition

A 17-year-old boy was shot in the chest around 4:08 a.m. Sunday in Chicago's Brighton Park neighborhood and was hospitalized in critical condition.
Chicago police said the teen was inside a vehicle in the 4700 block of South Rockwell Street when two suspects approached on a motorbike and opened fire.
The victim was taken to the University of Chicago hospital, and police released no further details on the suspects or a possible motive.
