Organizers also had to manage strict operational limits on the grounds and heightened concerns about threats. Weather added another layer of risk. Because it was an outdoor event, planners had to prepare for storms, wind, heat, humidity, and possible delays, all of which increased the stress and cost of production. There was also a sense from both organizers and President Donald Trump that the event’s value came from being singular. Trump described it as something that would never happen again, emphasizing its uniqueness. In short, UFC Freedom 250 was treated as a historic spectacle, not a repeatable model.

Jon Jones posted a now-deleted message daring anyone to "dethrone" him as MMA's GOAT after Alex Pereira was knocked out in the second round by Ciryl Gane.
