Jersey Mike's scored 84 out of 100 in the latest ACSI quick-service ranking, edging Chick-fil-A's 83 and taking the top spot for the first time.
16,464 email surveys collected from April 2025 through March 2026 underpinned the study, which called Jersey Mike's the first new quick-service leader in more than a decade.
ACSI credited the sandwich chain's rise to high customer satisfaction during rapid expansion, citing strong demand, heavy digital pickup use and an off-premise-focused operating model.
Chick-fil-A still ranked as the highest-rated chicken chain, while Jimmy John's and Panda Express tied for third at 81; McDonald's and Dairy Queen were last among major chains at 72.
