BRM Strengthens Employment Team With 1 New Solicitor as Jade Taylor Qualifies

Jade Taylor has qualified as a solicitor and joined BRM’s employment law team in a newly expanded advisory role, working with clients on employment law and HR matters across multiple sectors.
Taylor joined BRM in 2023 as an employment paralegal and moved up to trainee solicitor in 2024, completing a progression the firm says reinforces its investment in internal legal talent.
BRM linked the qualification to its BRM Futures programme, which provides structured training and experience for aspiring solicitors as the Sheffield and Chesterfield firm builds out specialist services.
Amy Hallam, BRM’s head of employment law and a co-director of BRM Futures, said Taylor’s qualification reflects the programme’s aim of developing future lawyers and retaining them within the firm.
