Freeths has added Sophie Fulwell to its national employment team in Liverpool, expanding senior capacity in a practice the firm says is growing with client demand.
More than 10 years into her legal career, Fulwell advises employers on the employment aspects of acquisitions, disposals, investments, IPOs, outsourcing projects, restructures, redundancies and business transformations.
Her practice also covers employee lifecycle issues, including post-termination restrictions, business protection strategies and drafting employment and senior service agreements.
Fulwell brings tribunal experience in whistleblowing, discrimination and constructive unfair dismissal cases, strengthening Freeths' employment offering in Liverpool and across its UK network.
