Summary
A man is in custody after West Yorkshire Police made a new arrest in the 2004 murder of Tyrone Clarke, a 16-year-old killed in Leeds 22 years ago.
Clarke was attacked by a gang of about 20 in Beeston on 22 April 2004, chased into Brett Gardens and fatally stabbed during an assault involving metal poles, wooden planks and CS spray.
Three men and a 17-year-old boy were convicted and jailed in 2005, making the latest arrest a fresh development in a case that had already led to four convictions.
Lorraine Fraser, Clarke's mother, said she is exhausted by the long fight for answers and again appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
