Dalston Soda Recalls Pineapple Soda Cans With 2027 Date Over Rupture Risk

Dalston Soda Company recalled pineapple soda single cans and four-can multipacks marked best before 4 August 2027 after the Food Standards Agency warned they may rupture and leave sharp edges.
A packaging defect caused the recall, with affected products carrying batch code 037130 for single cans and 037129 for multipacks.
Customers were told not to drink or return the cans, but to keep handling to a minimum, place them upright in a sealed bag, and dispose of them in household waste.
Dalston said buyers can claim a full refund by contacting the company even without a receipt, and stressed no other products are affected.
