Kim Zolciak Alleges Kroy Biermann Neglects 4 Children in Custody Fight

Court filings obtained June 4 say Kim Zolciak accused Kroy Biermann of failing to feed or medicate their four minor children while they are in his care.
The same filing alleges one child endured “rage-fueled tirades” from Biermann and says the children reported not seeing him for hours while he was with girlfriends.
The accusations escalate a divorce and custody battle that began in May 2023 and intensified in late March, when Biermann sought sole custody despite an earlier joint arrangement.
A judge later approved a temporary parenting plan keeping the children in Biermann’s physical custody, after he had accused Zolciak of serious parenting failures and she denied those claims.
