New court papers accuse former MLB pitcher Carl Pavano of urinating in ex-wife Alissa's shampoo bottles and deliberately fouling the bed she uses during her parenting weeks.
The filing says he also removed clean linens from the Fairfield, Connecticut, home and sent Alissa and their three children photos of multiple firearms on a kitchen table after divorce papers were served.
Those allegations expand an already bitter fight in which Alissa had accused Pavano of controlling behavior, cutting off expenses, name-calling and threatening to take the children during a prenup dispute.
The couple finalized their divorce in December but still share custody and alternate weeks in the home Pavano owns through a trust, keeping the conflict active in court.
Earlier this month, reports said police had been called to the home nine times in the past two years, underscoring the depth of the family dispute.
