Nearly 20% less perceived wind noise than the 2021 Bronco comes from improved airflow, acoustic glass and tighter seals, while the SUV also gets the Sasquatch package with 35-inch tires, locking differentials and Fox shocks.
Inside, Ford adds quilted leather, Filson-inspired trim, ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a Bang & Olufsen audio system, removable cargo bags, door saddlebags and a digital rearview mirror with a camera washer.
A limited-run First Edition will add Iron Sands Copper Metallic paint, unique badging and a serialized console plaque; the model will be built in Michigan, with orders opening this fall and showroom arrivals due in early 2027.
The launch extends a Ford-Filson relationship that previously produced a 2020 Bronco x Filson Wildland Fire Rig concept tied to National Forest Foundation conservation efforts.
