PC Magazine's 2026 Readers’ Choice Awards named Longmont-owned NextLight the nation’s Best Overall Internet Service Provider, ahead of larger rivals including Starlink and Google’s GFiber.
Reader surveys drove the ranking, with customers scoring providers on speed, reliability and value — categories that also helped NextLight win Best Value, Most Highly Recommended ISP and Best Municipal ISP.
PC Magazine’s separate Business Choice Awards also picked NextLight as Best Overall ISP for Home Offices, extending the provider’s recognition beyond residential service.
The latest honors mark NextLight’s second national best-overall title and third best-municipal win, reinforcing Longmont’s community-owned network as a standout among U.S. broadband providers.
