Three new measles cases in Lancaster County lifted its 2026 total to 11, and the state also confirmed Berks County’s first case of the year.
Sixteen recent cases across Lancaster, Lebanon and Berks counties were in unvaccinated people or those with unknown vaccination status, the Health Department said, while tracing contacts to curb further spread.
