A 57-year-old New Jersey gastroenterologist filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Supreme Court accusing his 29-year-old former mistress of sending an explicit photo of him to his wife after he ended their affair.
The suit says she then threatened to send intimate images to his college-age sons and harassed him after learning he was married, with the doctor alleging the photos were meant to remain private.
She was arrested on stalking, harassment, two counts of aggravated harassment and unlawful disclosure of intimate images, but has denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty.
The doctor also claims she took the dispute onto LinkedIn and harmed his career; the affair ended after she discovered he was married, and his later divorce filing was halted months afterward.
