Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro is rumored to arrive this fall with three headline upgrades: major camera hardware changes, what leaks describe as the best iPhone battery life yet, and a redesigned exterior.
Camera changes could include a variable-aperture main lens, a wider-aperture telephoto for better low-light zoom shots, and a redesigned Camera Control button—features pitched as some of the lineup’s biggest hardware gains.
Battery life is expected to improve through a larger battery, a 2nm A20 Pro chip, and Apple’s more efficient C2 modem, replacing Qualcomm’s 5G modem.
Design updates reportedly include a new dark red flagship color, a more color-matched back glass and aluminum finish, and a Dynamic Island shrunk by about 35% to free up more screen space.
