Garrigues Appoints Juan Grangel Labor Partner in Zaragoza After 30 Years in Aragón

Juan Grangel will lead Garrigues’ Labor and Employment practice in Aragón from the Zaragoza office, with his appointment due for ratification at the firm’s next partners’ meeting.
Grangel joins with experience in employment law, labor compliance and anti-fraud work across public service and private practice, including inspector roles in La Rioja and Madrid.
Between 2018 and 2020, he headed Spain’s National Anti-fraud Office and sat on the European Labour Authority’s management board while representing Spain on undeclared work.
Garrigues said the hire strengthens its labor advisory offering in Aragón and deepens the Zaragoza office’s business-law presence, which has operated in the region for more than 30 years.
