$1,900 Razr Fold preorders are live on Motorola's website and Best Buy, with the foldable set to go on sale May 21 in Blackened Blue and Lily White.
8.1-inch and 6.6-inch OLED displays, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip and 16GB of RAM headline the hardware, alongside a 5,200mAh battery that lasted about 31 hours on the outer screen and nearly 24 hours on the inner one in testing.
Three 50MP rear cameras — main, ultrawide and 3x periscope telephoto — delivered strong image quality in the review, while the inner selfie camera showed weaker color balance.
Motorola's new foldable was judged stronger than Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 7 in battery life, screen resolution and cameras, though the review flagged the $1,900 price and single storage option as key drawbacks.
