Rick Devens exited in seventh place after Joe won immunity, leaving Devens without a necklace, idol or advantage; his Shot in the Dark also failed at Tribal Council.
Tiffany then seized her third immunity win of the season, blocking a push to remove her and shifting the target onto Cirie Fields.
