Seattle detectives released photos and a detailed description of a suspect in the May 10 killing of a University of Washington student and asked the public to help locate him.
The man is described as a light-skinned Black male about 5-foot-7 with a thin build, dark-rimmed glasses, short black hair and a goatee, wearing a dark blue zip shirt, white collared shirt and blue jeans.
At about 10:10 p.m. Sunday, UW police responded to a stabbing at Nordheim Court campus housing and found the student dead in a laundry room despite attempted lifesaving treatment.
Seattle police took over the homicide investigation from campus officers, while the King County Medical Examiner is handling identification of the victim and detectives continue to seek tips through a 24-hour hotline.
