Cisco Posts Record $15.8 Billion Q3 Revenue, Lifts FY26 Outlook on $9 Billion AI Orders

Cisco reported fiscal third-quarter revenue of $15.8 billion, up 12% year over year, while GAAP EPS rose 37% to $0.85 and net income climbed 35% to $3.4 billion.
Product orders jumped 35%, or 19% excluding hyperscalers, as networking orders accelerated more than 50% and data-center switching orders grew more than 40%, reflecting strong AI infrastructure demand.
Cisco raised its AI infrastructure expectations from hyperscalers, saying year-to-date orders reached $5.3 billion and increasing its FY26 AI orders target to $9 billion from $5 billion, with expected AI revenue lifted to $4 billion from $3 billion.
For the fourth quarter, Cisco guided revenue to $16.7 billion-$16.9 billion and non-GAAP EPS to $1.16-$1.18, while full-year revenue guidance increased to $62.8 billion-$63.0 billion.
The company also highlighted a multi-year campus networking refresh cycle, with campus orders up more than 25%, and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.42 per share.
