Fed Survey Finds 73% of US Adults Financially Stable as Job Worries Rise to 42%

42% of U.S. adults said finding or keeping a job was a minor or major concern in 2025, up from 37% a year earlier, signaling softer confidence in the labor market.
73% still said they were doing okay financially or living comfortably, unchanged from 2024, while 63% said they could cover an unexpected $400 expense.
