$699.99 OnePlus 15R emerges as the better-value pick in TechRadar’s comparison, undercutting the OnePlus 15 by $200 while delivering much of the same high-end experience.
The $899.99 OnePlus 15 still wins overall on hardware, pairing a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip with a 50MP telephoto camera, 50W wireless charging and faster 120W wired charging.
Display and build differences are narrow: both phones carry 165Hz AMOLED screens, IP68/IP69K protection and similar designs, though the OnePlus 15 gets tougher Victus 2 front glass.
Battery trade-offs are mixed, with the 15R holding a larger 7,400mAh cell but the OnePlus 15 lasting longer in testing—up to three days versus about two—and offering more charging options.
