Anna May Hug Hartley, 41, was booked into the Clark County Jail and was set for arraignment Tuesday on first-degree child molestation and second-degree trafficking charges.
A February cyber tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led Vancouver police to a local IP address, then to her husband Chad Hartley, whose April 29 arrest and home search expanded the case.
That investigation also tied the Hartleys to pediatrician Michael R. Wilmington, whose home was searched April 30; police later received information alleging he molested a child there, and he was found dead May 2 in an apparent suicide.
A third person, William J. Sneiderwine, 61, was arrested May 8 on conspiracy to commit child molestation and evidence-tampering charges as detectives continue examining digital evidence.
Police said they do not expect more local arrests tied to the identified minor victim, though additional charges or suspects remain possible if new evidence emerges.
