Teamfight Tactics Rolls Out Patch 17.3, Reworking Morgana Into a 4-Cost Tank

Patch 17.3 shifts item-component choice from God Offerings to Pengu’s Offering, removes bonus gold from champion selections, and adds new God Blessings including Ahri’s Wealth and Soraka’s Divine Empathy.
Riot said the update is meant to lift weak comps and refresh the meta, rebalancing Boons, trimming high-synergy opening encounters, and cutting Stage 3-7 Gromp’s base AD to 350 from 500.
Morgana is the headline unit change, moving from a 5-cost Magic Fighter to a 4-cost Magic Tank with 1,300 HP, 70 resists, and a teamwide durability passive that rises to 10% in Dark Form.
Trait and champion tuning spans the roster: Anima (6) now grants loot after every player combat, Marauder is nerfed, Stargazer’s Fountain returns, and carries such as Kai’Sa, Master Yi and Zed are toned down.
The patch also adds 5 new augments, nerfs Edge of Night’s missing-health heal to 20% from 30%, disables Horizon Focus, and fixes bugs tied to Arbiter, Dark Star, Xayah and other interactions.
This patch aims to reduce randomness, but will nerfing 'high-roll' encounters make every game feel the same?
With Morgana's rework as a 4-cost tank, which popular frontline units will she now make obsolete?
How will new 'God Blessings' fundamentally change the way players manage their economy and health from stage one?
