Sunny Hostin called Trump’s fertility-care expansion and child savings accounts “good policies,” a notable break from one of the president’s frequent TV critics.
Sunday’s administration move proposed a new benefits category letting employers offer fertility coverage more easily through rules from the Labor, HHS and Treasury departments.
Hostin tied her support to personal experience, saying she and her husband spent their life savings and borrowed against their home to pay for infertility treatment.
Alyssa Farah Griffin also backed the measures, saying five IVF rounds cost her six figures and that one medication now listed through TrumpRX was 10 times cheaper than what she paid.
