A seven-minute video from DVS Squad showed fresh Forza Horizon 6 gameplay after Playground Games imposed a 7,973-year ban on players accused of leaking footage before launch.
DVS Squad said he used no cheating tool, knew the risk and did not care, arguing the punishment only cost him one account's progression and publicity outweighed the loss.
The modder said he could evade account or even hardware bans, claiming prior suspensions never stopped him from returning online and that he can quickly rebuild progress on a new account.
He also defended Horizon 6's visuals as lower-settings footage and called the game "absolutely stunning," ranking it among the franchise's top three while promising more trolling videos.
Playground Games had not responded to a request for comment, leaving open whether it will escalate enforcement as the game nears its official launch.
