82% of voting United flight attendants approved a five-year contract, giving roughly 30,000 crew members their first raises in nearly six years.
31% average base-pay increases will take effect by August, alongside $741 million in back pay and a roughly 7% to 8% overall compensation boost.
The deal also adds boarding pay, limits on red-eye flying and sit pay during disruptions lasting more than 2.5 hours.
United and the union reached the tentative agreement in March after attendants rejected a prior contract last year, making United the last major carrier with unionized flight crews to secure a post-Covid deal.
