Seattle police are searching for the gunman who killed Quusaa Margarsaa, 25, an employee at The Growler Guys taproom in Lake City, with no arrests made as of Tuesday.
Just before 9 a.m. Saturday, a co-worker found Margarsaa dead at the business; investigators said he had been shot several times.
Owner Kelly Dole said Margarsaa likely closed the taproom Friday night, left, then returned hours later and may have been followed back.
Dozens of friends, relatives and co-workers gathered at the taproom Saturday, leaving flowers and mourning Margarsaa—known as “Q”—as a warm, well-liked neighborhood presence.
The killing has shaken a well-known local business that closed through the weekend, while police continue investigating what they called a traumatic case for the community.
