  • Noon Thursday closures will shut the 100-600 blocks of State Street, parts of West Mifflin, North Carroll and West Gilman until 1 a.m. Friday for the returning Madison Night Market.
  • Metro Transit will reroute the A, B, F and R lines from 11:40 a.m. through end of service, though A, B and F riders can still use Capitol Square BRT stations.
  • State Street traffic can still cross at most intersections except West Gilman, while displaced riders are directed to stops on Gorham, Bassett, West Washington and the Square.
  • Thursday's market runs 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., features vendors and downtown business specials, and is themed around Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
  • Madison has four more Night Markets scheduled this year: June 11, Aug. 20, Sept. 17 and Oct. 15.
