Samsung’s One UI 9.0 build shows a cleaner Clock app redesign, with a larger Dismiss button, a grouped snooze-time control and alarm text moved above a larger time display.
The layout also shifts the snooze option upward so voice-command hints no longer block it, addressing a visibility issue seen in One UI 8.5.
Timer changes are lighter: larger timer text, darker and thicker circular lines, and slightly smaller Cancel and Pause buttons with stronger shadow effects.
One UI 9.0 could extend the visual refresh to other system elements, with leaks pointing to more colorful Quick Panel media waves, thicker brightness and volume sliders, and added sharing and Bixby options.
Samsung is expected to preview One UI 9.0 next month, with a beta program likely for the Galaxy S26 series before a broader rollout tied to the Galaxy Z Flip 8 and Z Fold 8 in July 2026.
