Nearly 200 Frontier outage complaints were logged by 4 p.m. Monday, down from more than 220 about an hour earlier, indicating service was starting to recover.
Downdetector data showed the biggest problems were with Wi-Fi—about half of reports—while 46% involved broadband internet and a small share affected voice calls.
The disruptions began around 10 a.m. and worsened sharply just after 3 p.m., before complaint counts started to ease as fixes moved forward.
