One month before voting opens, Scott Feinberg issued a new 35-category forecast for the 78th Primetime Emmys, with nominations voting set for June 11-22 and nominees due July 8.
The update argues a small cluster of shows will again dominate nominations, led by The Pitt in drama, Hacks in comedy and Love Story in limited series, with Shrinking and Beef also expected to score heavily.
Feinberg said the field is now clearer because most contenders have aired, chosen their campaign categories and intensified awards pushes, with multiple FYC events taking place almost nightly.
His rankings still leave room for late surprises, echoing last year's unexpected Somebody Somewhere breakthrough as Emmy campaigns enter their final stretch.
