Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said Iran’s armed forces are ready to deliver a “well-deserved” response to any renewed U.S. military action.
In a statement posted on X, the parliamentary speaker said Tehran is prepared for all options and warned that “they” would be surprised if new attacks occur.
Ghalibaf’s remarks come as he plays a prominent role in talks as one of Tehran’s top negotiators, tying the military warning to a sensitive diplomatic moment.
